5. Service Bookings and Appointments

5.1 Booking Requests

When you request a service through our website, you are making a request for Campetesti to provide stone care services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request at our discretion.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value.

5.3 Service Estimates

Any pricing or timeframe estimates provided through our website are non-binding and subject to change upon physical inspection of the service location and requirements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

CAMPETESTI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE OUR SERVICES AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMPETESTI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CAMPETESTI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CAMPETESTI FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANY SERVICES FROM US.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Campetesti and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

• Your use or misuse of our Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Province of Ontario, Canada.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Campetesti regarding our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Campetesti.
